These terms cover khassinx.com only — the umbrella marketing site. Each KhassinX app publishes its own terms of service governing app use, subscriptions, and purchases. See the app’s subdomain for those terms.

Acceptance

By accessing khassinx.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

khassinx.com is the marketing website for KhassinX, an independent software studio operated by KHASSINX LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The site lists our apps and explains our approach. It does not provide services, accounts, purchases, or downloads directly — those happen on the Apple App Store or on per-app subdomains.

Use of the site

You may browse the site for personal and informational purposes. You may share links to public pages. You may quote short excerpts with attribution to KhassinX.

You may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of the site’s content without permission.
• Use automated systems to scrape the site at a rate that materially burdens the host.
• Attempt to bypass the security boundaries of the site or its hosts.
• Misrepresent KhassinX, its apps, or the studio’s identity.

“KhassinX” and the KhassinX logo are trademarks of KHASSINX LLC. Apple, App Store, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. used here for descriptive purposes only.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, code, text, and graphic assets are owned by KHASSINX LLC. Source code for the site is in a public GitHub repository; the source is provided for transparency and is not licensed for reuse without separate written permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KHASSINX LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party sites (Apple App Store, GitHub, individual app subdomains). Those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for their content.
